Anotación manuscrita No Hay Sellos que señala que el remitente no pudo mandar la carta franqueándola previamente mediante un sello, pagándose si lo hubiera un importe 4 cuartos. Este hecho origino que mandase la carta a porte debido, método todavía en uso hasta el 30 de junio de 1856, debiendo pagar el destinatario el doble, 8 cuartos, que era la tarifa de 1 de noviembre de 1845 para la carta sencilla con cargo al destinatario.
