Una vez llevada a la Administración de Vitoria donde se estampa el fechador de 1857 y la marca As de abono, en color negro, con el fin de indicar que la anotación del porte de esta carta pasa a una cuenta especial de dicha Administración, en aplicación del Real Decreto en vigor que establece la Franquicia Oficial y de Autoridades, Art. 4, dado en Madrid el 3 de diciembre de 1845. Presenta el sello oficial del organismo remitente, EL JUZGADO DE 1ª INSTANCIA DE VITORIA.
