El sello de Impuesto de Guerra era innecesario para las cartas dirigidas al extranjero, además a partir del 1º de Enero de 1876 ya eran aplicables las nuevas tarifas de la UPU, con lo que esta carta debería haber circulado con 25 cts, y no con la antigua tarifa de 40 cts. MAGNIFICA Y EXTRAORDINARIAMENTE RARO FRANQUEO.
